We have been using Rapid City Transportation for a couple of years to transport residents to medical appointments, including Dialysis. They provide exceptional and caring service. Rapid City Transportation (RCT) believes in equal opportunity and integration. We will do so by removing and preventing barriers and by meeting our accessibility requirements under Ontario’s accessibility laws.
RCT drivers undergo AODA training, as well as aide and attendant training.
Our home has been using Rapid City Transportation for the past three years, and they are great! The drivers are always friendly, professional, and courteous. The wheelchair vans are always clean, and the driver pays extra attention when helping the resident to feel comfortable every time. Staff is very helpful and assist us with changes to schedules and times.
